This data is processed for appointment scheduling and confirmation and stored in our practice management system. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

As part of the appointment booking process, we send automated email notifications (confirmation of your request, appointment confirmation). We use the email service Resend for this purpose. Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of appointment communication. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4.1 Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies as well as optional analytics cookies. On your first visit, you will be asked for your consent for non-essential cookies via a cookie banner. You can change your cookie settings at any time. Necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in technically flawless operation). For analytics cookies, we obtain your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

5.2 Social Media Links

Our website contains links to our social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn). These are simple hyperlinks, not social media plugins. When you click a link, you leave our website. Only then is data transmitted to the respective provider. Processing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective provider.

6. Storage Duration

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Data from booking processes and patient data are subject to the statutory retention obligation under Austrian law (10 years). After the purpose ceases to exist or the deadlines expire, the data is deleted.
